It depends on your needs. Our clinical coordination team triages every enquiry and books you with the most appropriate specialist intimate cosmetic and pelvic floor concerns are seen by a consultant gynaecological surgeon; skin and non-surgical treatments by our aesthetic clinician. You may request a specific doctor, and complex cases are reviewed by our multidisciplinary team. Wherever possible, the clinician who plans your care will also perform your procedure for continuity and safer outcomes.

We follow rigorous UK clinical-governance standards, use evidence-based protocols, and maintain strict privacy at every step before, during, and after your treatment.

ESAG: the European Society of Aesthetic Gynaecology, is the international professional body responsible for
training, certifying, and setting clinical standards for cosmetic gynaecology across Europe.
It matters because cosmetic gynaecology is not a formally regulated specialty in the UK. Any surgeon can
perform these procedures without specific training in intimate anatomy. ESAG membership and certification
is the most credible marker of genuine specialist training in this field.
Dr Alexandros Bader is President of ESAG. Dr Maria Papadopoulou is Vice President. They are not simply
members of the organisation: they are the clinicians who set its standards, design its training programmes,
and certify the surgeons that other clinics present as qualified to perform these procedures.
When you are choosing a surgeon for intimate surgery, ask specifically whether they hold ESAG certification
or equivalent international accreditation. The answer will tell you a great deal about the level of specialist
training behind the hands that will perform your procedure.

that takes as long as it needs to. There is no fixed time allocation that ends the conversation before your
questions are answered.
The consultation will include:

● A clinical examination where relevant to the procedure discussed
● An honest assessment of whether surgery is the appropriate solution for your case
● A discussion of the specific technique that would be used for your anatomy
● A full risk discussion; including what can go wrong and how we manage it
● Recovery expectations that are realistic, not optimistic
● Time for your questions (however many there are)
You will not be pressured to book at the consultation. You will leave with enough information to make a
properly informed decision. If that decision is not to proceed, we consider that a good outcome.
