I decided to make an appointment and everyone I’ve dealt with has been very professional but also supportive and empathetic to me. They always have time for my questions and if I need to rearrange my appointment they have always been able to accommodate me. My therapist Charoula is the most helpful person, she always has a smile on her face and offered to stay late for me when I could only make a very late appointment time.
