Terms & Conditions
The terms and conditions outlined below detail the guidelines under which Bader Medical Institute of London provides its services. Please ensure you read and fully understand them before booking any treatment.
Flexible Payment Options to Support Your Care
We understand how important it is to access the treatment you need, and we believe financial limitations should never stand in the way of your care.
To support you, we offer a variety of medical finance options across several services, including a 12-month payment plan with no interest.
This allows you to spread the cost of your procedure over time, making it more manageable and removing the pressure of paying everything upfront. We’ll be happy to explain all available options in detail during your consultation.
1. No surgical appointments and cancellation
Please be assured that all doctors, nurses, and therapists at Bader Medical Institute of London are fully trained and certified in line with our protocols and regulations.
While we strive to maintain consistency, we cannot guarantee that the same practitioner will be available for every session. This may be due to emergencies or your preference for a specific date when your original practitioner is unavailable. However, we will do our best to ensure continuity of care.
If you cannot attend, please call us on 020 3149 9147 or email reception@bedermedical.com
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a £100 no-show fee.
Important information about your appointment:
- Bring with you a valid ID (passport or driving licence).
- Our clinic is on the 4th floor, suite 19. Access is available via lift or stairs. Please inform us in advance if you require wheelchair access.
- Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in reduced consultation or treatment time.
- Children under 16 are not permitted in the clinic due to insurance policies.

No cancellation fee will apply, but an official medical document or certificate will be required to support the request. 3. Credit Card Details, Deposits, and Payments
Bader Medical Institute of London accepts all major debit and credit cards (Visa and MasterCard), as well as English banknotes, cash, and bank transfers. Please note that we do accept American Express (Amex).
Payments made by credit card may be subject to an additional charge of 3.5% to 5%, depending on the card provider. We will always inform you of any additional fees before processing the transaction.
For all credit card payments, the card must be signed by the cardholder, and a valid form of official identification (Passport or Driving Licence) must be presented.
All appointments require pre-payment to secure your booking. This payment will be taken at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
4. Treatment Packages
All non-surgical treatments or procedures purchased as part of a package must be paid in full before the first treatment session based on the agreed package price. All quoted or agreed prices are valid for six months from the date of issue.
In the case of an agreed refund the amount will be calculated by deducting the full list price of all treatments already received not the discounted package rate. Any applicable non-attendance charges will also be deducted. The remaining balance will then be refunded.
Please note that products are non-refundable and cannot be returned once purchased. In the event of cancellation product fees are also non-refundable.
All approved refunds will be processed within 30 business days from the date we receive written notice of cancellation.
5. Treatment suitability
All consultations are carried out with the patient’s best interests in mind.
Before any booking or procedure, you will be assessed to determine whether the treatment you are seeking is suitable and likely to be effective. If the treatment is not appropriate for you, we will explain the reasons. In such cases, you will only be charged for the initial consultation and the time spent with the doctor.
6. Liability
Bader Medical Institute of London will not be liable in contract, tort, or otherwise for any economic loss including but not limited to loss of profit or any other special, indirect, or consequential loss or damage arising from or in connection with the provision of any goods or services to the client.
All patients or clients are required to disclose their full medical history prior to treatment. Failure to do so may lead to unforeseen consequences. Bader Medical Institute of London will not be held liable for any issues that arise as a result of withheld or inaccurate medical information.
Patients and clients must follow all aftercare instructions provided by our medical adviser or doctor. Failure to adhere to the prescribed guidance may affect the results of the treatment.
