The Terms and Conditions Set out below are the guidelines on which Bader Medical Institute of London provides a full service to its clients. Please ensure that you have read and fully understood them before booking any treatment.

1. Appointments and cancellations

Please be assured All doctors, nurses and therapists working at Bader Medical Institute of London are fully trained and certified. This is in accordance with the company’s regulations and protocols.

Please be informed that Bader Medical Institute of London cannot guarantee all treatment sessions will be carried out by the same doctor, nurse or therapist. This can be due to a difference of working days.
However, we will do our best to maintain the same doctor, nurse or therapist every time.

Please note If you are unable to attend your appointment do contact us immediately on +44 (0) 2081440336 or send email to [email protected] All cancellations need to be 48 hours before the appointment is due. All appointments that have not been re-arrange or cancelled within 48 hours of your date and time will be seen as a failure to Attend fee and therefore a £100 charge will apply.

If you are a new visitor with us, please arrive for your appointment at least 10 minutes in advance so that the necessary paperwork can be completed. Late arrival for booked treatment may result in reduced treatment time or your procedure or a need to re-book the appointment the appointment.

Bader Medical Institute of London will endeavor to ensure that your appointment runs to time and takes place on the day, however, should we need to cancel or postpone your appointment at short notice, we will contact you in advance.

SURGERY: Prior to your appointment, we will inform you of any preparation required in advance of your treatment. Failure to follow the guidelines may result in cancellation of your appointment, reduced treatment time, or additional fees being charged.

Please be informed that no children under the age of 16 years will be permitted to wait in the clinic’s reception rooms or treatment rooms. We cannot take responsibility for minors. If you have no choice but to bring your child, please be aware as a parent you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of the child/children.

2. Credit card details, deposits and payments

Bader Medical Institute of London accepts all major debit/credit cards (Visa | MasterCard | American Express except Diners). Please take note that there may be 5% charge for any cards that are not a debit card. English Currency, cash and bank transfer. You need to provide any government ID to proceed with the payment with credit cards.

ALL appointments at Bader Medical Institute of London require a deposit to secure your appointment. This will be taking at the time of booking.

3. Treatments Packages

All treatments/procedures purchased as a package must be paid for in full in advance of the first treatment if agreed with the package price. All agreed price or quotation will be valid 6 months from the date of the agreed price or quotation.

Any refund agreed is calculated by deducting the full list price of all treatments already taken. Refund of a package will be discounted by the original costing and not of a discounted package. Plus, any charges for non-attendance, then the difference will be returned to you.

4. Treatment suitability

All consultations are made with the patient’s best interest in mind.

The patient will be assessed as to whether the treatment you are seeking is suitable for you, or likely to be successful, prior to any bookings or procedures being carried out. If you are not suitable, we will inform you as to the reasons why. You will only be liable for the cost of the initial consultation and the time spent with the doctor.

5. Liability

Bader Medical Institute of London will not be liable in contract, tort or otherwise for any economic loss (including, without limitation, loss of profit), or for any other special, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of, or in connection with, its provision of any goods and/or services to the client.

All patients/clients must disclose all medical history. If there is a failure to do this may result in consequences. It shall be noted Bader Medical Institute of London will not be liable for such situation.

Patients/clients will need to understand any aftercare that is given by our Medical Adviser and doctor. Failure to not keep up or comply to instructions to be carried out at home may lead to a change in discussed end-results. Bader Medical Institute of London will not be liable for any lack of incorrect pattern changes to what was discussed.

6. Your right to complain

Bader Medical Institute of London endeavours to treat all its clients professionally and appropriately with compassion. If, however, you have an issue with any matter in relation to your treatment at Bader Medical Institute of London, you are entitled to lodge a complaint, either verbally, by telephone or in writing. If you require assistance with making your complaint, Bader Medical Institute of London will have help at hand to explained how to execute this with through the correct channels.
