Terms & Conditions

The Terms and Conditions Set out below are the guidelines on which [Bader Medical Institute of London] provides a complete service to its clients. Please ensure you have read and fully understood them before booking any treatment.

1. Appointments and cancellations

Please be assured that All doctors, nurses and therapists working at [Bader Medical Institute of London] are fully trained and certified. This is following the company’s regulations and protocols.

Please be informed that [Bader Medical Institute of London] cannot guarantee that the same doctor, nurse or therapist will conduct all treatment sessions. This can be due to any emergency or your choice to have your session done on a specific day your original doctor / Nurse / Therapist is out of duty. However, we will do our best to maintain the same doctor, nurse or therapist every time.

CONSULTATION CANCELLATION: If you cannot attend your appointment, contact us immediately at [Bader Medical Institute of London] or email reception@badermedical.com. All cancellations need to be notified at least 48 hours before the appointment. All appointments that have not been re-arranged or cancelled within 48 hours of your date and time will be seen as a failure to notify us on time, and therefore a £100 charge will apply, and we will refund the balance. The total amount applies in case of a no-show, and no refund will be made. All refunds will be done within 30 business days of the notification in writing.

If you are a new visitor with us, please arrive for your appointment at least 10 minutes in advance to complete the necessary paperwork. Late arrival for booked treatment may result in reduced consultation or treatment time or even a need to rebook the appointment.

[Bader Medical Institute of London] will endeavour to ensure that your appointment runs on time and takes place on the day. However, we will contact you in advance if we need to cancel or postpone your meeting at short notice. Furthermore, if we run your appointment later than 30 minutes after the original appointment time, and finally, you don’t attend, you will be entitled to a full refund upon request.

SURGERY CANCELLATION: We will inform you of any preparation required for your treatment before your appointment. Failure to follow the guidelines may cancel your procedure or cause additional fees to be charged.

To book any surgery, you will be requested to proceed either with a deposit equal to at least 50% of the final costs as shared with you or the whole payment if your procedure is scheduled in less than 60 days. In the 2nd case, the outstanding balance must be paid 15 days before the procedure booking date. Failure to comply with this will charge you an interest fee of 8% of the daily unpaid balance. If you feel you cannot settle the due balance, we will need written notification at least 48 hours before the deadline.

If you have booked surgery with us, you can cancel the entire procedure.  A cancellation penalty of 30% of the total surgery cost applies at anytime. In case of a last-minute (equal to or less than three working days) before the booking date, a cancellation penalty fee of 75% of your total procedure charge applies. We will deduct this amount from the amount paid and refund you the balance. A non-Show without any notification will result in a penalty of 100% of the procedure charge.

Rebooking the surgery comes with no penalties or charging any administration fees as long as we receive your notification in writing at least three working days before the procedure booking date. Last-minute (less than three working days) postponement will charge an administration and booking process fee of £650. All refunds will be done within 30 business days of the cancellation notification date, which we could receive in writing.

No children under 16 can wait in the clinic’s reception or treatment rooms. We cannot take responsibility for minors. If you have no choice but to bring your child, please be aware that you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of the child/children as a parent.

2. Credit card details, deposits and payments

[Bader Medical Institute of London] accepts all major debit/credit cards, English banknotes, cash and bank transfer. Payment with a credit card (Visa | MasterCard | American Express). Please note that there may be a 3.5% and up to a 5% additional charge on top of the agreed amount, depending on the credit card provider (we will inform you accordingly before proceeding with any transaction). Your credit card has to be signed by you, and you need to provide a valid official ID (Passport / Driving Licence) to proceed with the payment with credit cards.

All appointments at [Bader Medical Institute of London] require a pre-payment to secure your appointment. This will be taken at the time of booking unless agreed differently.

3. Treatments Packages

All Non-Surgical treatments/procedures purchased as a package must be paid for in full before the first treatment session if agreed with the package price. All agreed prices or quotations will be valid six months from the agreed price or quote date.

Any agreed-upon refund is calculated by deducting the total list price of all treatments already taken. Therefore, a package refund will be discounted by the original cost and not a discounted package. Plus, if there are any charges for non-attendance, the difference will be returned to you. Products are not subject to return after they have been purchased. Also, product fees are not refundable in case of cancellation. All refunds will be done within 30 business days of the cancellation notification date, which we could receive in writing.

4. Treatment suitability

All consultations are made with the patient’s best interest in mind.

The patient will be assessed whether the treatment you seek is suitable for you or likely to be successful before any bookings or procedures. If you are not eligible, we will inform you why. You will only be liable for the initial consultation cost and the time spent with the doctor.
