Liposuction is a procedure aimed at removing excess fat deposits wherever they exist in the body. At Bader medical Institute of London, we are using the most innovative and minimally invasive technology. The technology works in a precise selecetive way picking only the fat cells. The procedure is done with no scalple and no stitiches and with the patient completely awake under local anaestheia. With patinet beeing awake it gives a huge oportunity to the surgeon to perform the Body Scuplture. The patient will be activly interacting with the surgeon, chaning their sides ans body position and being operated on their original anatomy. We use a very thin cannulas to remove the fat. These cannulas are reaching the target area through 2mm access points which we creat using a minimal size biopsy punch. The after procedure is easier than ever. You are back to all activities by next day. You will be wearing a compression garment just only for two weeks and you will see your great results once you take them off by then. We have done more than 40,000 cases world wide and we have seen incredible results on our patients. Hollywood celebrities and busy people love this method because of its amazing results and the NO DOWN TIME after the procedure.
If you wish to shift the fat to other parts of you body, then this is the best method to trust. The fact we selectively remove the fat, gives a huge advantage of re injecting it with high success rate. The latest technologies offer options to gently harvest excess fat cells, which can then be used to restore or add volume to the Face, Hands, Up-A-Cup transfer to Breast, Hipflip and Buttocks. At Bader Medical Institute of London, we offer a variety of treatments using fat grafting.
Excess fat can be harvested from a number of trouble areas, including the Upper and Lower abdomen, waist, Flanks, Arms, Inner and Outer Thighs and hips. This reduces those areas in volume and reshapes and sculpts them in order to create more attractive body contours.
Fat Grafting vs. Injectable Fillers
Like fat Grafting, injectable dermal filler products are often used to smooth away facial wrinkles. Filler products are typically synthetic in nature. Fat Grafting avoids this in favor of using body fat, which is a completely natural filler. This leads to a much lower risk of complications and more natural-looking results.
Fat Grafting also offers much longer-lasting results than fillers. While fillers last for around six months to two years, fat Grafting results usually last for much longer.
How Does Selective Liposuction Work?
The device energy loosens stubborn fat cells from the surrounding tissues, making harvesting faster and easier. Because the energy is gentle in comparison to traditional liposuction, the health of the donor fat is preserved.
Additionally, while the fat is being treated, the thermal energy is encouraging the production of new collagen protein in the skin tissues. Over time, this results in healthier and tighter skin in the treatment area.

What is the Selective Liposuction Procedure Like?
Usually, it is a procedure performed under local anesthesia. This anesthesia is contained in a tumescent solution, which is injected at the start of the procedure. The solution also contains normal saline and epinephrine. These allow for easier fat removal and less post-surgical bruising and swelling.
The amount of time the Selective Liposuction procedure will take depends on several factors, including the size and locations of the areas to be filled and the amount of fat to be harvested.
After the anaesthetic solution has been injected into the treatment areas, a small cannula is inserted into the areas. The excess fat is gently heated and suctioned out of the body through the cannula. As this is happening, the blood vessels are being cauterized by the heat, which lessens bleeding and post-surgical bruising.
How Much Does Selective Liposuction Cost?
The cost of selective liposuction varies from patient to patient and depends on the unique needs of each individual. During your consultation, we will perform an assessment of your body and develop a treatment plan to address your specific needs. We will then discuss the associated cost of your selective liposuction procedure.
Recovery After Selective Liposuction
